London print studio is an artist-run, not-for-profit artists studio, workspace, publisher and gallery based in the Harrow Road. With traditional printmaking equipment as well as a digital studio, there is a gallery, a wide range of courses, access to specialist technicians and large format printing. London Print Studio works with artists, community organisations, galleries, educational institutions and the public. Creative collaboration is at the heart of the studio’s practice.
Founded in 1974 by John Phillips and Pippa Smith, under the name Paddington Printshop, London Print Studio works with established and emerging artists while developing varied community based art projects. Alongside the gallery dedicated to contemporary printmaking, the studio offers access to printmaking facilities for artists and the public.
We welcome people from different backgrounds to join us; there’s a postgraduate printmaking programme; and there’s a residency programme for artists.
