FISHMONGER: RAFIK'S FRESH FISH

At the market every day.

I've been a Fishmonger for 10 years and opened my own business 6 months ago. I live locally.

I choose all my fish at Billingsgate every morning.

If you want something special like oysters, scallops, clams or lobsters (lobsters up to around £17 each) you can order the day before.

My favourite fish to cook and eat are Special Mediterranean sardines Fresh anchovies Monkfish Skate Baby Hake (but I love all kinds of fish..)

I'm really happy to give cooking advice and recipes

FRUIT & VEG: IRFAN GREENGROCERS

At the market every day.

My father was a Greengrocer and I learned my trade with him.

I source my fruit and veg from wholesale markets around Hayes. I try and bring produce that's affordable and suits the local people.

I like my job because it brings me closer to nature.

My favourite fruits are mandarin oranges, bananas and strawberries. My favourite vegetable is braised fennel

FLOWERS AND PLANTS: VLORESA'S FLOWERS

At the market on Mondays, Tuesdays, Friday and Saturday.

I live locally, and I go to Covent Garden Flower Market twice a week to choose the best deals. I try to keep my prices as low as possible.

Bouquets cost from £10 upwards. Ten roses for £20.

If anyone would like a special kind of plant, or particular mix of flowers, just let me know.

My favourite flowers are red roses, and lillys.
