Neighbourhood Plan 1st Draft underway

Maida Hill Neighbourhood Plan

Following the successful neighbourhood planning session at the AGM in October 2017, we organised a follow up workshop on 9 December at the YAA Centre. At this session we started developing proposals for some key sites previously identified as needing improvements or having development potential. Eg green spaces (Edbrook Road Gardens and Tamplin Mews Gardens); busy junctions at the Chippenham and Harrow Road; and the Westminster College site in Saltram Crescent.

These proposals and various policy and project ideas will feed into our Neighbourhood Plan, which is currently being drafted. When the first draft is ready (we hope!) in the next few months, there will be more consultations and please do join us.

If you would like to see where we've got to, email us and we can send you the presentation shown at the planning session, and what's been added since..

Our Neighbourhood Plan must comply with the Westminster City Council City Plan and the Mayor's emerging London Plan (expected to be adopted in 2019)
